Recognizing that the climatic conditions of the Andes mountains in South America are similar to those of the Himalayan region, our company Earthier began Yacon farming in Sikkim, India, about a decade ago. In 2014, with a vision to naturally treat lifestyle diseases, particularly diabetes, Earthier established a modern factory in India.
Regular consumption of Yacon syrup has effectively helped thousands in India manage their blood sugar levels naturally. Inspired by this success, Earthier introduced Earthier Yacon Syrup in Nepal in collaboration with us to support the natural management of lifestyle diseases, particularly diabetes. As Earthier’s exclusive partner in Nepal, we introduced their Yacon Syrup to the local market—building trust, learning the landscape, and listening to our customers.
That collaboration laid the groundwork for everything we are today. Eventually, as demand grew and our vision matured, we transitioned into a fully Nepali-owned company: still focused on the same product, still driven by the same purpose—but now with full ownership and the ability to manufacture locally.
